Standard
SUGIYAMA standard series chains not only meet BS/ANSI standards, but also were the first in the world to market SBR® (Solid Bushing and Rollers) as a standard series. The current generation Premium SBR® has achieved its highest performance to date.
Heavy Duty
SUGIYAMA offers a full line of Heavy Duty series chains for applications subjected to heavy loads or liftings. The series provides users with a higher fatigue strength, higher maximum allowable load, and higher tensile strength as opposed to our Standard series roller chains.
Lube Free
SUGIYAMA developed the Lube Free series for applications which are located in inaccessible or difficult to reach locations which need re-lubrication. The series is recommended to all customers whether they are currently using self-lubricating chains or customers who would like to convert from the standard roller chains.
Anti Corrosion
SUGIYAMA offers a wide range of corrosion resistant products. Choices range from coated, or plated carbon steels to a number of stainless steel categories which may be selected based on the combination of wear resistance, corrosion resistance and resistance to extreme temperatures.
Miscellaneous
SUGIYAMA manufactures chains used in conveyor-based applications which require high strength and repetitive motion, such as Hollow Pin chains, Side Bow roller chains, Flat Sidebar roller chains, and Leaf chains.
Attachment
Attachment chains may be used for a variety of purposes such as conveying, timing and alignment. Several types of standard attachments are available while custom attachments can also be made upon request. For corrosive or extreme environments, stainless steel, nickel plated and aqua-proof roller chains are available.
Speciality
SUGIYAMA produces three different types of 81X chains: “81X”, “81XH”, and “81XH-S”. Each type is designed with different link plate thicknesses and heights to strengthen progressively higher loads and durability.
